Jihad HoneinGeneral Manager, Corporate After Sales and Technology
Jihad is currently Mitsulift’ s General Manager for After Sales and Technology, after having held the position of General Manager for Technology, Quality and Technical Excellence for seven years. He joined Mitsulift in 1997 as an After Sales Engineer. He then developed his technical know-how in various managerial roles in both Mitsulift Lebanon as well as the Corporate After Sales Center, becoming a reference and source of expertise for all branches in technical matters. In his current role, he oversees all quality control, customer care and technical-related matters for Mitsulift. Jihad holds a M.S. degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Kharkov Polytechnic Institute in Ukraine.
