Standard Features

Safety Ray
Protect the lift users while entering the car by utilizing one infrared ray covering the full width of the door. This feature will cause the door to re-open once the ray is interrupted.

Intercom and Emergency Alarm Bell
In case of an emergency caused by any type of trouble, an alarm call is provided inside the elevator to activate the alarm bell and to provide two-way intercommunication system with the building superintendent.

Emergency Car Light
In case of power failure, an emergency light turns on immediately providing a minimum level of illumination within the car.

Door Open / Door Close Buttons
Manual control to re-open the door and another to re-close the door are provided by means of “Door Open” and “Door Close” Buttons provided on the car operating panel inside the lift car.

Overload Holding Light
In the event of overload in the car, the device will prevent the normal starting of the lift, the doors will remain open and the overload indication will appear on the Car Operating Panel.

Fan
An electric fan could be provided in the car to assure forced ventilation.
