Job title: Project Engineer
   
Performance Goals:
  • Lead the installation team and ensure the installation process is carried out according to Mitsulift standards.
  • Oversee the handing over of the final and finished product to the customer and the After Sales Department.
   
Key Activities:
  • Ensure proper execution of installation work by maintaining highest installation and safety quality within allocated budget.
  • Follow up on the installation process to ensure adherence to Mitsulift's standards, timely work progress, accurate product specifications and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure customer's proper implementation of installation requirement and safety process.
  • Plan and supervise technicians' installation work.
  • Ensure the final product being delivered meets the pre-selected standards and sales order specifications and conditions.
  • Provide technical assistance to installation teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering (High Current; Power and Control)
  • 0-2 years experience.
  • Knowledge of English a must. French a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications a must. Primavera a plus.

Job title: Sales Executive
   
Performance Goals:
  • Build and maintain exceptional customer relations to generate repeated business and client referrals.
  • Contribute to achieving the company's business objectives by meeting assigned and agreed to sale/ profitability/ collections objectives.
   
Key Activities:
  • Prospect new project sites and clients, obtain all necessary approvals and place the purchase order as per company procedures.
  • Prepare and follow up on project offers and tenders.
  • Negotiate contract terms with customers to reach a mutually advantageous agreement.
  • Provide architects and consultants with basic technical support.
  • Follow up on the preparation of technical submittals, drawings, offers and contracts.
  • Handle technical enquiries, when necessary, and coordinate with technical department to ensure all pending issues are settled prior to product hand-over.
  • Follow up on payment collection in coordination with the Credit Controller.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering also accepted.

Job title: Area Engineer
   
Performance Goals:
  • Handle all maintenance and breakdown-related issues in designated zone.
  • Deliver continuous quality service to each customer by constantly providing satisfactory maintenance and repair work as per Mitsulift standards.
  • Synchronize and cooperate with other departments, when necessary, to ensure synergy, smooth work flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect assigned sites and oversee maintenance work conducted.
  • Establish technicians' schedule for maintenance rounds.
  • Supervise technicians and provide them with adequate support to ensure satisfactory execution and completion of maintenance work.
  • Manage handover of newly-installed moving system and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Follow up on repetitive breakdowns and arrive at permanent problem resolution.
  • Monitor technicians' tools and equipment to ensure their safety suitability.
  • Make sure tools and equipment stock supply is adequate.
  • Resolve non-conformities reported by technicians.
  • Edit vouchers and purchase requisitions.
   
Requirements:
  • University degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably Electro-Mechanical)
  • 0-1 year experience

Job title: Senior Accountant
   
Performance Goals:
  • Handle all daily accounting tasks in line with internal accounting policies and procedures and with local government regulations.
  • Maintain thoroughly and accurately all accounting and General Ledger records.
  • Oversee the entry allocation of all bank transactions.
  • Oversee all bank operations, such as foreign exchange, transfers, letters of credit and letter of guarantee.
  • Comply with local government regulations regarding applicable taxes.
  • Extract accurately monthly Trial Balance in line with company timetable.
  • Prepare monthly standing and closing entries.
  • Handle all entries and monthly layouts for all Mitsulift group companies, including payments to foreign suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare cost breakdown and analysis of variances for each department.
  • Ensure the safekeeping of contracts and related documents, stamp machine, cheques and receipt vouchers.
  • Control petty cash disbursements.
  • Handle settlement of monthly dues to NSSF and quarterly dues for taxes on salaries as per regulations; as well as VAT official settlements.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll and related entries as per income tax regulations.
  • Oversee coordination within Accounting Department and with Corporate Finance Department to ensure tasks are completed accurately, in a timely manner and in line with company standards.
  • Report any accounting anomalies to Accounting Manager.
   
Requirements:
  • University Accounting or Finance Degree
  • Arabic, English and French
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a related field
